With a family history in tailoring and draping in New Delhi, India of over 90 years, he is an accomplished management professional, with over 22 years of experience in the textiles/ apparels industry.

During his last ten + years working intermittently in Bangladesh, he has been managing the production, product development, team training, and compliance, for the top retailers and corporate and workwear companies such as Dimensions, Alexandra, Yaffy, Asda George, Sainsbury, Walmart Canada, Perri Elis, through sourcing offices. He has vast experience in business set-up, sourcing office and factory, overlooking management, banking, quality control, compliance, fabric, technical, capacity development/training at all levels and also development of new fabrics and garments. His acute business sense and experience in-country operations, business set up and startups, revenue maximization, trading management, total quality management, and product development has given the company a strong foothold and made it a trusted partner for many international clients.
